Check if the BASTA-tfwa/tenant-file/portal-app/readme.md should be deleted. I tried to use it after installing nvm and got the message:
/bin/sh: react-scripts: command not found
error Command failed with exit code 127.
I asked about the error code, and the consensus seemed to be that development had moved away from yarn and toward npm. So maybe the yarn instructions were out of date.
