Work with business/gov't stakeholders to learn how they want to interact with this tool.

Comment from @Jo-Gammans issue #151 "Make a plan to educators, do app testing with students. Frame out possible connections with business, gov't users and target specific early adopters in these classes. Maybe create a visible gov't rep profile?"

@alexpriceco has been starting comms up with the budget office. We should document and update where we are at here.

We couldn't get any in-roads with the budget office right now.

Here was the message

Hi Alex- I had the opportunity to discuss your request further with Ed Van Eenoo (Deputy CFO and Budget Officer) and he noted that the engagement tools they use for the budget are pretty extensive… they launched a budget prioritization survey this past year, utilize our annual community survey results, make numerous board and commission presentations, online budget simulator tool, Open Budget (budget.austintexas.gov), interactive town halls, public hearings, informational videos, budget-in-brief document, and the taxpayer impact statement. In addition much of these efforts are completed in multiple languages. If you have some ideas beyond this, please email them over… but otherwise he feels that he’s good to go.

I appreciate you reaching out nonetheless. Thank you.
