From leadership huddle:

We get alerts when someone needs a tshirt, and we’re going to bring them out during CTNs and call out those people’s achievements. Let’s make a bigger deal about it to make people feel more valued as community members
Let’s try to give people more incentives to come often, like come to 10 meetings and get a taco discount?

Want to follow up and say that this past library meeting we called people out during announcements and gave them their shirt. I shared short blurb about them as I handed them out and people clapped.

I realize we need a playbook for our events to document these sort of procedures.

+1 on additional things. Vicky Prigden had some good ideas.

@werdnanoslen We have this playbook from Code Across 2016 : https://docs.google.com/document/d/18WwQ0ttA_M73nk16jkCcU7afIGPZjkkXOBNxOPmFPB8/edit?usp=sharing

If we could document our procedures/supplies for each event in these it would make it easier for others to lead a meeting and we could share our procedures with current and future brigades.

I think they would be a good place to put our institutional knowledge around events.
