I made minor changes to the project process page and expanded the How to Add a Project Page stub page. I think the problem isn't really a lack of information. I'd be curious whether people are getting to the projects page but just not finding the interface convenient enough to start on a project, or whether they're not going to the projects page at all.
Including what we have to offer (such as hosting assistance), how to request, expectations for continuing with support. This could go on the website projects page.
