Per title of PR: Added Meetup-populated cal to the iframe that is shown on oa.org. That way, users who want to see events in the pipeline are always guaranteed to have both (a) the most up-to-date Meetup information, and (b) other OA events that get added to the Events/Community cal.
Did not test on a full-on Ruby env, but tested on a basic HTML / iframe page.
