Fix first issue from PR #58

This fixes the glaring css issues on the app (1 of 3 tasks from the last PR)[https://github.com/open-austin/pet-finder/pull/56#event-224259731]

@Tallys Now that you have removed .pet-icon from the layout stylesheet, the first commit is no longer necessary. Use git rebase -i to remove it and then force push up to your branch.
