Hey there! Just want to point out this is really similar to #44. There's info there that has some resources and links.

I highly suggest filling out the civic tech canvas and filling out your issue a bit more thoroughly afterward. https://www.open-austin.org/civic-tech-canvas/ :)

The discussion here and in #44 keeps coming back to the fact that there are other organizations already well-prepared to use volunteers' contributions in this area. If we were to reach an agreement with one of those organizations to help them with some project of limited scope, that could work out well, but currently I don't think we have an actionable idea here.
