Bring it back online? #28

Hi team, I saw on voteatx.us that "The VoteATX.us app currently is not in operation." How can I help bring it back online? @chip-rosenthal @luqmaan @avickers @colbywhite @dheerajchand

I'd be glad to assist if somebody wants to do this.

The main thing is getting the data from Travis and Williamson County, and load it into the database. Last time I did this, it was a complicated process, requiring manual data entry from WilCo and major data sanitization from Travis.

As far as getting the application stood up, I can walk somebody through what's needed. I would NOT advise standing up the app unless current data is loaded into it. It intentionally produces a "not in operation" message to avoid confusing people looking for current voting places.

To hijack this issue, we're not doing fomo.vote again this year, largely due to the things @chip-rosenthal mentioned. Happy to assist with efforts on voteatx.us.
