Talked to Ryan Wilson at the hack night who is familiar with the MWRD.
According to him, the items we are attempting to geocode are in fact Drop Shafts, not sewage outfall locations. The legend on the bottom of the map images also backs this up:
Some of the pipes we have names for do use the prefix 'DS', but that may just be a coincidence.
We should hold off on the geo-referencing tasks and ask the MWRD when we meet with them for a digital copy of this data, or we should submit a more specific FOIA for 'CSO locations'
