Default zoom #32

I noticed today that the default zoom seems to be off (too far). I expected only chicago to show up on the map.

Ok, I see that I in context, water-ways can span a vast region, and also I retract the word "default" I guess. The screenshot below is just from http://istheresewageinthechicagoriver.com/?date=07/23/2014 or any short (and singled-out) waterway segment. screenshot 2014-08-20 22 20 45 2 specifically, screenshot 2014-08-20 22 20 21 is what I expected to see. Would this be an appropriate enhancement?
