Hi, this PR was mistakenly created so I'll close the PR. What I wanted to do was
openai package is fixed, but it has been updated, so I was not sure whether we should pin that (and I wasn't sure how to specify the range of versions.
when I call supported_VLM, some dependencies not in the requirements.txt raise the error.
