Add capability to add credentials to helm-installer in toi #129

What would you like to be added: In some scenarios helm chart might be needed to be pulled from private OCI registries. In this case the helm installer running in the container need to have credentials to pull the helm chart. This should be possible using the credentials command line option.

Why is this needed: Usm ocm toi with private registries.

Partially implemented with open-component-model/ocm#339. Still missing:

helm installer has to pickup and use propagated credentials.
