PoC: Onboard CBC to OCM

Together with the colleagues in the CBC area we want to model their "vectors" using OCM.

We had a small workshop for about 3 hours where we modelled 5 of their helm charts contained in their vector as ocm components and deployed them with the ocm controller tooling. We identified several aspects that we will somehow need to tackle with the ocm controllers:

• It's a chore to create all the custom resources. A central overarching custom resource with a controller creating the low level custom resources could solve this issue.
• Ordering is an issue. Since we use the flux deployers, there is no simple way to enforce the order in which helm charts are updated (and also no simple way in which helm charts can depend on kustomizations).
• Dealing with a lot of configuration data is an issue.

Now, they have to decide whether they want to go with this suggested solution.
