Graphical representation of plasticity? #11

I wonder if graphs are capable for representing plasticity in neurons. Yes we know that neurons are connected to each other, but long term potentiation effects depend on spatial information not accounted for in the graphical model, so I wonder how plasticity can be incorporated into a computational model based off of graphs. This might give us insight into how memory works.

Spatial information, and plasticity, could be incorporated in a latency variable Y, of an SBM.
