i2g paper - true graph #116

In the i2g paper, graph error is assessed by comparing the line graphs of the estimated and true graphs. Are the true graphs the existing ground-truth voxel data mentioned in section 4.1?

Yes, that's right - we create a ground truth line graph using the segmentations produced by hand. It's a challenge, because we only have a small amount of data to use for comparison.
