1) If there are 2^(N^2) possible graphs for N nodes, and you solved the connectome for a given person's brain, does that mean that there are other (2^(N^2))-1 solutions for the same set out there? Or is the single connectome of a given person immutable?

2) Given that because of plasticity, connections may change over time, is there any property, theory or model in dynamic graph theory that may help model this?

2) When studying connectivity using fMRI connectomics, is the connectivity criteria based on different brain areas firing at the same time?
