Question: functional vs. structural #5

We looked at nodes and edges in terms of physical cell bodies and synapses. Will we be focusing on functional or structural based networks in this class? or both?

either :) in general, the statistical tools we develop won't care about how one chooses to define an edge. i tend to like structural, for reasons that we might discuss in class tomorrow.
