As we roll out this tool to wider use - we might want to consider a different name to more clearly communicate what the tool is/does, as currently (a) not all the datasets included are necessarily open; (b) we're comparing a very specific kind of data.
(The general tool name might be able to stay the same, but the public name / URLs we are what we might want to tweak)
