AnnotateIt unavailable on JS-generated content #8

i.e. most of the important parts of the spec can't be commented on.

It would be good to look into ways that we can output blocks of JSON Schema as nicely formatted HTML directly, rather than loading in the presentation layer with Javascript.

I also find there can be issues loading lots of schema blocks at once in some browsers, and there is a chance of the schema failing to display if people have scripts turned off etc.

This may offer one solution to this. Alternatively, if AnnotateIt can't be made to work against the Javascript generated schema we might need to look at other routes to invite detailed comments in future.

Ultimately I think this is likely to be a low-priority issue for the launch. We might temporarily remove the annotation feature until the next round of revisions is starting, when it would be a priority to re-introduce.

Issue remains with Docson, but most of the spec will also be available in plain html to support comments.
