Add Lot.hasOptions and Lot.options #21

Each item of the array would be an Options object, which has an id, description, and relatedLot. The draft Options extension didn't anticipate options for lots, and so is simply a string.

What's the status? Is there a plan to update the option extension accordingly?

Changed to Lot.hasOptions and Lot.options.description to match other recent extensions.

We can consider additional structure under Lot.options in the standard issue above.

The options extension still needs to be updated accordingly, as well as the GPA guidance.
