The strings would be either two-letter ISO639-1, or extended BCP47 language tags, as with other language fields in OCDS.

There is no extension for this field yet, right?

The submission language in TED and eForms is a string.

Don't you think it should be an array of strings?

Just thinking of Belgium or Catalunia, where two official languages coexist makes it a must have.

In both TED and eForms the language is repeatable, like in this proposal.
