On the form, there's the help text "(except in open procedures)", i.e. this is about selective procedures. Therefore, I think this maps to BT-50 Minimum Candidates and BT-51 Maximum Candidates. in TED, there are three fields, but we can explain that, to express an exact number, you set the minimum and maximum to the same number.

I think the last field in TED corresponds to BT-750 Selection Criteria Description which is described as "The brief description of the selection criteria (or criterion), including … how the criteria or criterion will be used to select candidates to be invited for the second stage of the procedure (if a maximum number of candidates was set)."

I agree. I suggest we close this when the mapping is updated accordingly.
