Some fields from extensions missing from consolidated extension and profile documentation

tender.communication.documentAvailabilityPeriod appears in https://extensions.open-contracting.org/en/extensions/communication/master/ but it is flagged as an additional field in data which declares the consolidated EU extension.

Similarly, /releases/tender/submissionTerms/depositsGuarantees appears in https://extensions.open-contracting.org/en/extensions/submissionTerms/master/ but I don't see it in https://standard.open-contracting.org/profiles/eu/latest/en/reference/schema/#submissionterms.

Also, /releases/tender/techniques/frameworkAgreement/period and /releases/tender/techniques/frameworkAgreement/period appear in the techniques extension, but not in the profile.
