Update guidance following the removal of selection criteria subcodes in `documentType` #95

Following the discussion in https://github.com/open-contracting/standard/issues/901#issuecomment-1000498601, 'economicSelectionCriteria' and 'technicalSelectionCriteria' were removed from documentType by https://github.com/open-contracting/standard/commit/41fb2cdf59fffa136f3d5e48e8b948933defa607.

We should update https://standard.open-contracting.org/profiles/eu/latest/en/forms/F02/#section-iii correspondingly.
