Do we have market share data to calculate HHI ?
@Camilamila For HHI, the requirements document describes:
This is a calculation that uses the Herfindahl–Hirschman Index (HHI).
Formula → HHI = s²1 + s²2 + s²3 + s²4 + ….s²n where S²n = the market share percentage of firm n expressed as a whole number.
HHI can range from close to 0 (near perfect competition) to 10,000 (a monopoly).
Does that mean we calculate HHI, treating only the transactions with SERCOP as the "market"?
Once we're agreed on the methodology, I can decide where to calculate it, to provide to Power BI.
The HHI should be calculated for each market. In this case we can define the market using the CPV classifications, we can use level 2, if there are too many categories, we can use the higher level 1. And we flag markets with high HHI (>2500)
Okay, so this is R051 which needs to be implemented first.

@jpmckinney I didn't find R051 data in ecuador_sercop_bulk_result
.
@jpmckinney do we have to do smth.. or I am just wailing?
I think nothing to do until I implement the indicator.
Since the HHI index has not been implemented yet, can we remove this chart, to avoid confusion from the users. @vgeryarbc
