We used Travis to deploy the built files. To resume deployment, uncomment and test the YAML below.

I'm not entirely happy saying that, as it's not totally true.

To resume deployment, the deployment scripts in other repositories also need changes to cope with the change from multiple branches to a single branch.

Sure - but there are just about two people who will read that line, so I'm not overly concerned with its misinterpretation.
