Missing state/province information for India #256

Hi Opencovid team

In the newest https://storage.googleapis.com/covid19-open-data/v2/epidemiology.csv some state/provinces of some countries are missing, like India for example.

Thanks for reporting @co-miko! It appears that the Wikipedia table we pull this data from changed formats, it should be fixed via #260 and the data will be back in the outputs within the next few hours
