Change journey map to journey mapping #224

When I work with my clients, I notice a hyper - focus on the artifact of the journey map, when really, I want us to emphasize the engagement - the verb - of using this activity as a brainstorming exercise. I think that a simple way to do this is to change the framing from map to mapping.
