I've been thinking about this a bit. Based on some of the real world usability testing that I've done, I've noticed:
Process is essential for orientation
Project-members (designers, engineers, pms, clients) look at the site and often collect methods to share and use with their team. This is done by cutting and pasting links into (often) google docs.
Website visitors want to browse the different methods with more ease.
To address these three concerns, I recommend:
Put the process on the home page front and center
Add the functionality to "collect" and share methods
Incorporate filtering options into the search
Highlight bite-sized, jargon-free descriptions of methods on the cards.
