Redesign the FOOTER #256

We will need to revise the footer to include new language for project stewardship and contribution.

This is what the footer currently looks like:

Until we address redesigning any look and feel, I recommend simplifying the language and removing the bocoup logo and rainbow:

The copy reads:

Open Design Kit is maintained by a community of makers as an open source resource. To share feedback, open an issue or a pull request on our Github repository.

The link should be changed to this repo.

note: although my screenshots look like different text and styling, I am only trying to communicate a content change.

@susanjrobertson I think that this is in a good place for you to take a stab at implementing.
