Add Icelandic IPA #17

Adding Icelandic IPA from the Pronunciation Dictionary for Icelandic by the Hjal project, released under CC BY 3.0, with some changes.

Also appears Folkets Lexikon is released under a share-alike license.

Appreciate the note about the license for Folkets Lexikon. This should definitely be mentioned in the Credits section (as you have done). However, there are differing licenses for all of the data sets (for example, the English UK IPA data is GPL v3), so it doesn't really make sense to single out the Swedish data in the License section.

On the other hand, I think you've highlighted an important point, which is that the License section should clarify that the MIT license covers the repo as a whole and individual data sets retain their original licenses. I'll try to reword that in a follow-up commit so it's a bit clearer -- in any case thanks again for drawing attention to this issue!
