Readme is ambiguous about `entityjars` #4

Where is the entityjars directory mentioned in the readme? Alternatively, how does one go about creating entityjars and the jars that are supposed to populate it?

Good question Kirk. The two products currently produced are: opendis7-enumerations-classes.jar opendis7-pdus-classes.jar

The former being the library that creates everything (except the PDUs), including entities.
