create ggplot2 based tile plot function to get frequency of missings (NAs) by grouping variables

what counts as a missing value, just NAs or also observations that are coded with -1 (according to the documentation, -1 should indicate a missing value)

2 approaches
1. generic approach that counts NA values in every column per data table
2. speeches table specific (plausability check): filter by position_short and check whether 'Member of Parliament' have faction affiliation of -1

(3. contributions_extended table specific): filter by politician_id and check whether faction_id is missing (pattern type based?)
