[P0] Build Linux desktop client #148

Summary

We currently have Windows and Mac builds working. Building for Linux as well may not be too much extra effort.

See desktop/gulpfile.babel.js and desktop/package.json.

I found an old laptop and started installing Ubuntu 22.04 LTS on it. Will be able to test this out soon.
