Summary

Closes #153.

Server changes (config/, server/, worker/, etc.):

Removes progress bar lib from migrations

Build changes (docker/, gulp/, scripts/, etc.):

Adds script for pruning local Docker images
Adds script for pruning remote ECR images

Testing
