[P0] Grant 60 Orbs and 50,000 Spirit to users

Summary

As part of accelerating the card acquisition rate, maybe we can add a call to the user creation flow which grants cards, packs, or currency to users.

This could be:

• 5-10 orbs from each set
• Some spirit for crafting? A deck of 40 cards with 1 general, 12 commons, 9 rares, 9 epics, and 9 legendaries would cost 6315 spirit, so granting near that amount is essentially "1 free deck of your choice".
• Gold can likely be skipped, since quest rewards are pretty generous now
• We should probably just disable the Diamond purchases, since there's no way to acquire Diamonds outside of granting them to users. Edit: Diamond purchases have been replaced with Gold purchases in #182.

I'm leaning towards 5-10 orbs from each set + 5000 spirit.

Reworking some numbers with a goal of providing about ten free decks to all users:

• Give 10 Spirit Orbs from each set (60 total). Based on some quick local testing, the expected value for each Orb is a little over 150 Spirit. 60 Orbs equates to about 9,000 Spirit after disenchanting.
• If we want to give 10 free decks, that's about 60,000 Spirit.

Given the above, 10 Orbs from each set and 50,000 Spirit would allow for roughly 10 free decks.
