Fixes bundle purchases #187

Summary

Closes #186.

App changes (app/, etc.):

Refactors the code which determines which Orbs to purchase for a given Set.
Fixes "each orb will cost" labels, which shows the total price for bundles.
Removes more unused PayPal, credit card, and premium purchase code.

Server changes (config/, server/, worker/, etc.):

Adds hacky overrides to support Orb bundles priced in Gold.

Build changes (docker/, gulp/, scripts/, etc.):

Bumps version to 1.97.6.

Infrastructure changes (terraform/, etc.):

Updates the PR template with more testing steps.
