Progression change, got my env setup, contribution clarification for where I got stuck.

Closes #201.

• Changed the required NewPlayerProgressionStageEnums for all features to only require TutorialDone.

• Changed the wording on a few steps to clarify where some code should be ran or what some files should be named.
