3D Print STL File Link/Location for the actuator model base and cover #44

Currently, the actuaor base and cover STL files are not inluded in the list of STL files A search on the repo points to a folder in the leg_2dof_v1 where the file has 'outdated' in the name. Is this still the shell to use or is there a more recent file? Thank you!

Hello,

I believe the files you are looking for are here https://github.com/open-dynamic-robot-initiative/open_robot_actuator_hardware/tree/master/mechanics/leg_3dof_v1

Hope this helps.

Actually, depending on the robot you are building, you might need the shell from https://github.com/open-dynamic-robot-initiative/open_robot_actuator_hardware/tree/master/mechanics/leg_2dof_v2 (notice the two attachment point on the upper leg, not present on the 3dof leg)

The basic idea is that the shell are different depending on robot, but all actuator share the same internal component and structure.

Ah this helped point me in the right direction, thank you!

I am building the trifinger EDU, and found this based off of what you sent back!

Thanks!
