Description

List the additional commands for using the on-board PD controller on Solo12.

How I Tested

On the test bench using a modified version of the dynamic_graph_head example.

I fulfilled the following requirements

[x] All new code is formatted according to our style guide (for C++ run clang-format, for Python, run flake8 and fix all warnings).
