Translation to German #133

I would like to use this software for my parents. Is there the chance of a translation into German.

German translations can be set via and env var: https://github.com/open-eats/OpenEats/blob/master/docs/Setting_up_env_file.md#node_locale

The translations are not perfectly update to date, but it should be pretty usable.
