The menu button on the right 6DoF controller does always exit the current application and returns to lobby. Even if applications map that button to something else using OpenXR, the action is always the same.
It would be nice to allow applications to modify that behaviour. If that is not possible, then I guess it'd be much better if the system could launch a confirmation dialog instead of exiting straight away.
