how should we mark up "dog" Latin? #8

Maybe, you can use the <seg> or even <sp> tag with a @corresp and some kind of id to identify this type of passage.

I'm not familiar with @corresp--what does that denote? The docs for <sp> suggest @xml:lang but this kind of half-Latin-half-English doesn't have an ISO 639-1 language code.
