Remove chapter prefixes from line numbers #82

Only display line numbers in multiples of 10

The relevant changes are at line 47 and line 49. Sorry about the whitespace commit noise -- my editor strips trailing whitespace automatically. I can resubmit with that setting turned off if it's a bother.

Lemme know what you think! Hopefully this works better than modifying the XML :)

I'm looking into the netlify build failures, by the way. I think it's just a bad URL (pointing to my GitHub username instead of open-editions). Will fix that soon.
