Fix more <said> tags and "who" attributes #83

More work on the <said> tags.

Note: this PR is pulling in two commits from @JonathanReeve from July 29, both made to the master branch, while this is PR is to the gh-pages branch. Those two commits were changes that never made it into the gh-pages branch (all related to <said> tags).

Looks great, thanks! I don't know why I missed those old commits. Must've been during a migration to the gh-pages branch (pre-Netlify). Really, I should put this back on master, since gh-pages isn't needed for anything anymore.
