Add guidelines for contributors #8

This (partially) solves https://github.com/security-summer-school/essentials/issues/5.

I would move this (and maybe extend it a bit) on a contributing guide in the meta repository. And I would just add a link here to that guide.

Makes sense. How should I link the PRs, issues and discussions? Is it ok if I use a "template" URL, like https://github.com/security-summer-school/<track_name>/issues/? Or should each track add its own PRs etc in the link you mentioned?

Use TODO-track-name (or something like that) inside the URL. See the README.md file in the meta repository, for examples.
