The service was closed and unused feature removed

The https://sisene.www.eesti.ee/idportaal/portaal.idpilt URL might be gone, but Estonia still seems to provide the ID photos service via a https://www.eesti.ee/orbeon/xforms-server/dynamic/<40-bit-hex-hash> URL when authenticated to the eesti.ee website, so why not switch to that (new?) URL instead?

The feature to retrieve the photo on oneself using the DigiDoc client is actually quite handy to have, and it's sad to see it having been removed.
