ACS Cryptomate, AKIS and Turkish support #119

ACS Cryptomate token and AKIS card supports have been added for Mac OSX and windows. Turkish language support has been added. All done in by extending the features in scope of current design. I appreciate with your feedback.

windows parameters should be reverted and linux directoryies should be added for new cards
