Update readme #22

Suggest eselect-repository instead of layman. Rationale: Less dependencies, auto-updates by default on emerge --sync unlike layman, simpler to set up.

I'm not sure about removing layman instructions. Maybe keep both but put eselect-repository first? If one has layman set up nicely, then installing another overlay manager for one overlay is more hassle.

Looks pretty new - first commit in september. But cool indeed.
