probe calibration error code 15 #6

the probe calibration files imec shipped to me (via WeTransfer) were not in folders names with the probe serial number, as the open ephys GUI expect. after putting the probe i am connecting to in such a folder, i get Unsuccessful ADC calibration, failed with error code: 15 and Unsuccessful gain calibration, failed with error code: 15

see screenshot: image what's "error code: 15"?

15 = File could not be opened

Any chance there are permissions restrictions on those, e.g. after extracting from a zip file?
